the chef

I just love life!  Seafood is my passion, mountain bike unicycling is my hobby and being ‘Dad’ is my favourite job!  Boiling, bubbling and frying sea creatures when I want, for a select group of guests at my chef’s table, in my home, is the total and ultimate chef’s dream.  I’m living the dream…on the beautiful shores of False Bay!

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, body thoroughly and totally burnt-out, screaming, “what a ride!”  Bruce on a chef’s life.
